What if I get a bad review?
Every customer gets a quick private check-in first, so if something went wrong you hear about it directly and can fix it fast. Everyone is still invited to leave a public review, whatever they said in that check-in. If a negative review does go live, we respond professionally on your behalf within 24 hours.
