3. Account and billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly through our partner platform. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact details up to date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewOptimiser to post fake reviews, harass competitors, or manipulate review platforms in ways that violate their terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials provided by ReviewOptimiser remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
ReviewOptimiser is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
